Every item in The Psalm Room is made to order, just for you. Because of that, we don't accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind, so please double-check your size before ordering.

That said, if something arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we got you. Just reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

To submit a claim, email us at thepsalmroomstudios@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos or a short video showing the issue

We'll review it within 7 business days and get back to you with next steps.

What we cover:

• Misprinted or incorrect items
• Damaged or defective products
• Lost packages (report within 7 days of expected delivery)

What we don't cover:

• Sizing exchanges
• Buyer's remorse
• Items that were worn, washed, or altered

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
